I joined the group after I decided I need to eat healthy and get energy and do something sustainable, and it was best decision! I lost 7 lbs in one month and I didn’t have to let go of the stuff I like! Instead of midday crashes I have energy end of the day as well, I’m actually eating more meals and less empty calorie snacks.Food logging, workout logging and plate method worked wonders for me and I finally have energy to run after my littles!

This group is amazing. I have been with them on and off for the past few years and my understanding of nutrition has improved, my relationship with food has become healthier, and they really guide us through all the noise that surrounds diet culture. 100% recommend.
I’ve been searching for a fitness group for quite some time, and I finally found one. I love their coaching sessions; they provide so much motivation from the other members, and I also get a lot of meal ideas. I will be rejoining them after Ramadan.
