Excellent program, I really enjoyed hearing Mishel’s guidance throughout the month and the motivation the support group provided. I’m excited to be doing the program with her again after a few years!

I absolutely loved my monthly group coaching with Eatmostlygreens! They are extremely helpful and hold your hand throughout the weight loss process. And they understand your relationship with food. Another excellent plus is that they reply to query’s promptly.

Being someone who has been stuck with postpartum weight gain and has active IBS-D, I really benefited from their guidance. My food options are limited and Mishel and Ramsha really helped me with that. They not only guided me about the physical aspects of food and exercise, but they also lent me support in dealing with guilt over my carb consumption. I really appreciate that.

I encourage everyone to seek their guidance and get their many helpful tips for a sustainable dietary lifestyle.

I just finished off my monthly group coaching with them and now I’m taking their guidance for my parents.

My experience with Mishel and Ramsha has been a lovely one. Even though I used to think I am eating healthy and not losing weight, they showed me the flaws in my eating habits. But the best part is that I have become more active and more mindful eating with calories intake.

It is losing weight but more of a healthy life style achievement.

I participated in the Ramadan 2024 group coaching program. I absolutely loved it! Both Mishel and Ramsha took great interest in each participant’s personal journey, and also helped connect us with others in the group who might be able to help. I also liked that we were encouraged to share as much as we can and help each other out. This was my first time doing group coaching and it was amazing. I was able to meet the moderate weight loss goal I had set for myself in Ramadan, with adequate guidance on how to set my calorie intake based on my activity level. I would recommend 10/10.
