Aoa, I have to say this group challenge was the best thing I joined in Ramadan. Throughout my life I have never lost weight in Ramadan and this time I lost it. Mishel and her team are experts at guiding you throughout your journey. And the best part was everyone was in it together to motive each other. We didn’t have a meal plan to follow which was great for me cause i learned how to count my calories and still have whatever I wanted. I am soooo in to joining it again. InshaAllah!!! Best of luck!!! Mishel and her team are just amazing at what they do! Truly motivational program. I have gained so much knowledge from doing this program. A few months later and I am still applying what I learned through the Fit Girls Ramadan Program. I now know how to balance my meals right especially while fasting. During this program i lost 7 lbs and have kept them off. Applying what I learned from her tips since then have lost 15 lbs and keeping it going! You will not be disappointed, I recommend her services. I was also nice having an accountability group, we were able to share our meals with each other and concerns as well. I joined the The Fit Girl's 30 Day Ramadan Challenge last month and I must say that it was a great decision. All throughout the challenge, Mishel constantly encouraged, and educated us about different food groups, calories, caloric deficit, different kinds of workouts, creative recipes, importance of incorporating greens in our diet and portion control via short videos, discussions and one to one sessions. The best thing about this challenge was that you got to eat your favorite Ramadan foods as long as you were staying within your caloric deficit range. I am 37 years old, five feet three inches tall and lost 3 pounds during this program. I would highly recommend this program because it doesn't stress you out, doesn't deprive you of your favorite foods yet brings about great weight loss results. The WhatsApp group in this weight loss challenge helped all the members from different parts of the world communicate with each other, share pictures of their food, share different healthy recipes and was great for effective communication and accountability.

Being a person who has lost her trust in so many dietitians & nutritionist who are just there to charge to hell amount of a money with zero guidance. All they do is impose their diet plans and never alter it according to the clients needs, I promised my friends that this is the last time iam going to join any fittnes program and put my trust in someone. So with fingers crossed i joined Eat mostly green’s ramadan fittness program. After that with in days everything changed , the way basic concept of calorie deficit was taught to us , not only i started to enjoy everything , i could actually indulge in my favourite snacks and foods without any guilt. I only followed the outline didnt actually do it religiously ate my cheat meals but again in calorie deficit which i had no idea about before Mishal taught us. I lost 7.26 ibs , i did worked out for 40-70 minutes ( i know iam crazy) .. but its was a pleasant journey with misheal . I highly recommend her , not only because she changed the whole picture for me but for the reason that she is always there to guide you she never intends to hide anything from her clients , she actually wants to bring in the change. Firstly, I highly recommend this program and any other program that requires working with Mishel, and here is why: she guides you step by step on having a healthy relationship with food yet being fully aware of what you are eating, how much you are eating and how it affects your body. In the fit girls Ramadan program i was able to successfully lose 9lbs in one month. No, I did not starve myself. Yes, I was eating all the foods I craved and no, I did not feel deprived at any moment. I am so haooy with my results. Mishel is very knowledgeable at what she does and knows exactly how to work with her clients.

The lessons that you learn from going through a program with Mishel are ones that you will keep with you for life. Even if you slip or don't have a great day, nutrition-wise, you can always pick yourself up and start over. I have been on other weight loss programs and I would still feel hungry at the end of the day. On this Ramadan Fit Girl program, that was not the case at all. I felt like I was eating wholesome meals and there was even room for healthy desserts too (If you have a sweet tooth and you haven't checked out eat mostly greens dessert recipe page, you really should). I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to kickstart their weight loss journey! Mishel is very helpful, resourceful, and approachable- she will be there with you guiding you every step of the way. She offered live group sessions where she answered our questions and the who experience- support from the girls on the group with tips etc. was great, Highly, highly recommend!

this beautiful journey of "FIT GIRLS RAMADAN" came to an amazing end. I pray that we continue with these practices after Ramadan as well. I never thought I was able to lose weight without gym but I did. I lost 7.5 poundssssss. And this is going to be my first pimple less Eid in a long long time (from not eating oily foods Nd feeding up on healthier items) I've seen the effect of this program not only on my weight but on every other aspect. It kind of "injected" discipline into my life. Assalamualaikum everyone. My starting weight was 151.2 lbs now i am 146 lbs not much but my goal weight is 130lbs .really gave my whole heart to work on it. I can eye ball now how much I have to eat and what's a healthy lifestyle actually is I never thought of opting for a diet plan I couldn't dream of it even especially doing itt for the very first time in Ramadan but they way Miss Mishal guided and have been sooo supportive that, she actually believed in every one of us can do this! Outstanding service! I lost about 5 pounds this month thanks to mishel. What I loved most was her availability. That was something I was highly concerned about initially but one week into the program all my negative feelings went away. I would love to do this again next Ramadan 👍🏼
