Its really great to get help from ramsha and mishal for ibs , im fighting with IBS symptoms from last one year , i didnt know that before how to control my flare eat mostly green helps me alot in that.they are always available to you for any help ,my IBS symptoms are much better ,there diet plan are very good for busy working women
I enjoyed Rebound Fitness Program this February with EMG. I particularly appreciated the science-based approach to nutrition and lifestyle. Regular group meetings were the highlight for me where I got the opportunity to discuss my nutrition queries with qualified people without judgment. I look forward to work with EMG sometime again.
