I joined the Eat Mostly Greens fitness group during Ramadan last year after contemplating for a few months since I wasn’t sure I was ready for another “commitment”. Fast forward a few weeks in, I was so excited to be a part of a group of women who had goals of getting healthy or living healthier. But the biggest difference was, this group helped me incorporate my loved desi foods, halal supplements, and advice targeted to our group/age of women. Mishel and Ramsha are doing an excellent job at and are always ready and available and very helpful!
Loooved my Ramadan Program last year. If someone wants to lose fat, and continue doing on their own later too, they will teach you how to do it. But you might stay with them for the accountability which is the best!
Hello, My Name is Ridda Iqbal! I joined Eat mostly greens back when the Ramadan program started it all! I had been this group little over 2 years! Month after month I would join and get education regarding nutrition, workouts, new products in the market plus some good known supplements. The best part was the WhatsApp groups getting accountability on what we have eaten how healthy it was with our workouts getting motivated from other girls in the group. Having meetings on the weekends were very informative and helped me in lots of ways. Haven’t joined back in a while due to traveling and personal issues. InshaAllah may Allah give me peace would love to Join back Eat Mostly Greens! It had changed my mind about food and my relationship with it.
