It was definitely a great journey for me. Alhumdulillah I am so grateful to Mishel, Ramsha and Maman for all the guidance and support. Also loved the energy of this group and all amazing ladies. Your energy and commitment pushed me through this process. I was able to follow along.
I would say that it is a lifestyle change and I can keep it going even after this program ended. I am able to shed some pounds and loose some of the inches and I’m so happy about it, while eating everything I wanted. Thanks again everyone and wish you all peace and happiness in your lives.
It has been a great journey. Taking in everything learning again, I know I have been a part of this dozen times but this time was WAY different. Postpartum weightloss is definitely different and how much you get to learn from this group. I still have the first live session conversation in my head all the faces here it was so lovely and an energy booster for me throughout!
I have been logging using gemni to come up with protein and low cal swaps and not to forget Ramsha and Mishel have always been there for me. They have guided me in a lot of ways and helped me redirect my focus on a lot of things: I must say I have realised the importance of sleep along the way.
All in all it’s been a great group coaching.

I want to thank all of my coaches and members of Ramadan group for guiding me and helping me out whenever I asked.
I am so glad to join this ramadan group because of which I stayed on track and eating mindfully mostly especially the first 15 rozas were so energetic alhumdulilah that I was amazed to see myself that much active compared to previous ones. I have tried to reach my protein and fiber goals through balanced plating and I enjoyed dine out too within my calorie deficit. This group was a source of motivation and discipline for me using tracking app helped me out alot in tracking my calories otherwise I was always in my head feeling guilty of eating too much or too less without knowing.
I want to build this discipline in my life to feel my body more strong which is my goal to achieve as well .
The knowledge shared here was immensely valuable.

I genuinely feel so grateful to Ramsha, Mishel, Maman, and this small group. And honestly, I’m proud of myself too for joining this program and pushing myself to stay on track even while being in Pakistan.
I know I haven’t been perfect throughout this journey, but now I truly understand what mindful eating looks like. The weight I lost in 6 months (I literally struggled and restricted myself on so many things) doesn’t even compare to what I managed in just 15 days and more importantly, now I finally understand what I was doing wrong before and how can I do everything in future and stay consistent with the balanced method. The best part is, I’ve been eating everything I want (and still am), even during my time in Pakistan which felt hard on the first 2 days but the method Ramsha taught made it so much easier. I don’t feel guilty anymore if I go a bit overboard, because now I know how to get back on track and still enjoy my food while nourishing my body properly.
What I truly love about Eat Mostly Greens is that you understand desi food. You don’t make people starve in the name of dieting or “healthy eating.” Instead, you’ve helped me build a better relationship with food and actually enjoy desi meals without guilt.

I joined this program and what I liked about it was it caters to our desi traditions, which can be hard to do a weight loss journey other wise. The best part is that it teaches lifestyle changes that last not just quick fixes😊
