I loved my experience with Mishel and Ramsha in my 3 month program. They’re meal plans are too good! I never felt like I was dieting, or cannot eat something I like. Especially during Ramadan, the meal plans are were too good. At times, dietitians give only meal plans and then don’;t follow up but Ramsha especially was always present to guide me when I had questions. I managed to lose both lbs and inches with them. I will join them again post Eid-ul-Adha! Totally recommend them.
Great working with EMG Team. Their plans really worked for me. Lost about 4kgs on the program with them and still losing weight gradually. Glad to join them.
I’m truly grateful that I joined this program it has been such a positive and transformative experience for me. Throughout this journey, I’ve not only improved my eating habits but also developed a much better understanding of mindful eating and how to listen to my body. Learning to prioritize protein and balance my meals has made a noticeable difference in my energy levels and overall well-being, especially during Ramadan. I wasn’t perfect throughout, but even then, the program really helped me stay aware and get back on track without feeling discouraged. The guidance, support, and structure made everything feel manageable and motivating. I also really appreciated the community the other members were so kind, supportive, and encouraging, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This journey has given me habits and knowledge that I’ll carry forward beyond Ramadan InshaAllah and I genuinely value the effort put into creating such a positive and uplifting environment.

I would definitely second the fact that I ate everything even fried pakoras and samosas but knowing my protein and fibre intake, not having energy crashes and still able to lose weight, made me trust the process and people guiding especially Ramsha and Maman kept checking the progress when I wasn’t being active on the group and the session with Mishel was super insightful.
I’m looking forward to being a part of the next months group session as well.
This group in particular was quite helpful, with looking at other people’s logs and suhoor and iftars gave brilliant ideas and kept me motivated!
