After struggling with trying to manage my weight loss on my own, I reached out to Mishel and what a turnaround those 3 months were! I lost 15 lbs. got more active days per week and did what I never thought I'd do before - eat more home cooked food, organize my meals (through meal preps) like other parts of my life. Mishel added structure to this all which was very helpful because I didn't have to wonder anymore what to cook/eat when. Such a huge relief and results along the way! Last but not the least, the recipes were exciting to shop for, prep and eat. This is not a boring diet program at all! I was hooked and going forward I want more of it!

I who was always into fad diet ideas never thought that losing weight is not a struggle but should be something which you should enjoy. Something that stood out for me was that they understand the sensitivity of the weight issues and your privacy is maintained. You are not obliged to share the details about your height or weight with anyone.
